Questions, answered.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship to countries across Europe. Orders are processed within 1 business day and usually delivered in 7–14 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I return a product?
Yes. EU customers have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal, and we also accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Contact us first at support@trioce.com so we can guide you. Full details are in our Refund policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards plus the other methods shown at checkout, all processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. Prices are charged in euros (€).
Do I need a computer to use the devices?
No. Every Trioce device works on its own and saves files to an SD card or USB stick. A computer is only needed if you want to copy the files onto it.
Is there a warranty?
EU customers benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we cover the return shipping and replace or refund it.
